		IXth South Pacific Star Party - 2001 adjust colours (hosted by The Astronomical Society of New South Wales Inc) This event provides amateurs the chance to meet other amateur and professional astronomers, and observe under dark skies with superb seeing conditions, through all types and sizes of telescopes. In 2001 the special guest was Ed Stone from NASA, head of the JPL (Jet Propulsion Laboratory).
